Terms and Conditions

1. Services and Fulfillment

 

1.1. Scope of Services
Phrazo agrees to provide the services outlined in the service agreement or proposal (the "Services"). The specific deliverables and timelines will be discussed and agreed upon in advance with the client.

 

1.2. Service Delivery
Phrazo will perform the Services with reasonable care and skill, in accordance with industry standards. Service timelines may vary depending on client collaboration, project scope, and other dependencies. This communication will be provided via email.

 

1.3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide all necessary information before, during, and after consultation, including but not limited to current mission, vision, and values, a summary of the sales and marketing pipeline, roles and responsibilities, and other relevant documentation, as requested. Failure to do so may result in delays or inability to complete the Services.

 

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

2.1. Cancellations by the Client
If the client wishes to cancel the Services, they must provide written notice at least 2 business days prior to the scheduled service delivery. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled event or delivery date may result in a cancellation fee, depending on the extent of preparation already completed by Phrazo.

2.2. Refunds
Refunds for services will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • If the Services cannot be fulfilled due to a fault on Phrazo's end, a partial refund will be provided.

  • If a client cancels services before the agreed deadline (as outlined in 2.1), they may be eligible for a partial refund based on the portion of work completed.

Refunds will not be provided for services already rendered, including partial fulfillment, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Phrazo.

 

2.3. Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule services without penalty if written notice is provided at least [X] days in advance. Rescheduling requests made less than [X] days in advance may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

3. Limitation of Liability

Phrazo shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities, arising from the performance or non-performance of the Services.

4. Force Majeure

Phrazo is not responsible for any delays or failure to perform the Services due to causes beyond its reasonable control, such as acts of God, labor strikes, or other events of force majeure.

By using this website and making a payment for services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions outlined in this document.
